GENERAL

Our platform is a marketplace for all things diving. We are here to connect users with dive centers throughout Indonesia that offer you diving trips and vacations at the same time. There are many ways to use our platform, as a user, you can create an account where you can book trips or create your own trips, browse articles, news, and find out about our special promotions.

How to change the Blublub account name and password?
In the “Settings” tab of your account, there is information on your username, email address and password which you can access and update if necessary.

How do I verify by email?
Pay attention to your email for the 4-digit verification code, enter the code in the link provided in the email.

How do I add and remove payment methods?
Log in to your account, on the dashboard page, click on settings, then select the option “add or remove payment method”

How do I upload a photo?
Feed is a blublub feature where the dive center can upload photos or videos of your work that can be seen by visitors to the blublub website.

Can I close my account?
To deactivate your account permanently, login to your account, from the dashboard, click on settings. Select the option “Deactivate Account”, your account will be deleted from the Blublub database.

We have Live Chat for users to communicate with the dive center. The trick is to find the dive center by name and click “Contact Vendor”.

How to shop at Blublub

Blublub is a marketplace that offers various marine activities, specifically diving and snorkeling. Shopping at a blublub is very easy, users can browse various diving trips based on location, date or more specific activities. If you want to find out more about listings, please use our chat messenger feature to contact the dive center.

– How to find a trip

 On our homepage are various “featured” listings and promos, otherwise, use the search bar on the homepage to find more suitable trips and vacation packages.

Go to cart> click “delete”

In each listing there will be information on the dive center contact (located below the trip description), as well as a button to directly contact the dive center via the blublub messenger chat.

How to provide reviews to vendors

After your trip is complete, you will receive an email from Blublub to review your trip. You can also review the trips you have taken by logging into your account, on the dashboard page, clicking on my trips, clicking the trip you want to review, then clicking the review button.

My order has not been responded to by the dive center

If the dive center has not responded yet, please contact us at …… (wa and email / help center

  • Why was my order canceled

If your order is canceled, please contact the dive center for more details. However, you will receive a notification via email / sms if your trip has been canceled, along with the reasons for the cancellation.

The order is canceled but the funds are still being deducted

Trip changes and price differences

If there is a change in date, the dive center will notify you if there is a difference from the price of the new trip, which will appear in the ‘notifications’ section of your account page.

I have not received a refund for cancellation

Please allow 1-2 days for a refund to your account if there is a refund. Refunds will only be successful if the bank account matches the account used to pay for the trip.

I received an unsuitable refund for cancellation

If the funds returned are not appropriate, please contact us via email or…. And we will solve it soon. However, contact the dive center first via our messenger or the contact info provided by the dive center.

PAYMENTS

Blublub payment method

Payment methods for subscription to become a registered vendor can be done via Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex & JCB), BCA Virtual Accounts and E-Wallet (Kredivo)

You can register your vendor as a member of Blublub and get benefits from the Blublub feature, but you will be charged a subscription fee per month, quarterly or per year.

to make a payment Click “My account”, click “Manage my Account” and select “Subscribe as a Blublub Member” and read the requirements to become a Blublub member. After reading and understanding the Blublub terms, please click on the ‘I Agree the Terms & Conditions’ box provided.

For vendors who have become members and want to cancel subscription, they can cancel the transaction or cancel the subscription by clicking ‘My account’, ‘clicking’ Manage account ‘and selecting’ Cancel subscription ‘. Vendors can still enjoy Blublub member features until the end of the date specified from the last subscription.

 – Your vendors can market product packages at Blublub without becoming a Blublub member but are subject to more commission fees for guest or non-member vendors.

 – For Vendors who are not registered in Blublub (Non-member), they can market trip packages by clicking the ‘Vendors’ menu and clicking ‘List trip packages’ and must meet the terms and conditions determined from the policies and Blublub. After reading and understanding the terms and conditions of the Blublub Team, please click on the box “I Agree the terms & conditions” provided.

Digital transactions fail repeatedly

-If the card details you have entered are correct and the transaction fails repeatedly, please contact our team via email or telephone listed on our website. Our team will fix the payment system as soon as possible and get back to you.

Payment of digital transactions via instant payment has not been verified

 -If the transaction has been carried out but has not been verified, please contact us via email or telp listed on our website. Our team will immediately check and verify the transaction you have made.

-If the Bank transfer / Instant Payment has been done but has not been verified, please contact us via email or telp listed on our website. Our team will immediately check and verify your transaction

-If you have paid more than requested, please contact our team via email or telephone listed on our website. Our team will check and get back to you as soon as possible.

Transfer amount paid is double (buy double trip)

REFUND

If you have canceled the transaction and want to claim a refund, please contact our team via email or telephone listed on our website. Refunds can be processed after the terms and conditions of the third party, namely Xendit, have been fulfilled.

If you receive a refund with an unsuitable amount, please contact our team via email or telephone listed on our website. Our team will check and get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds due to force majeure will be processed 5-7 working days after verification from the Blublub Team.

PROMOTION

To find out about ongoing promotions at Blublub, you can log in to your account, click the promo page. You will also receive periodic emails from Blublub containing exclusive promos, only for members.

Every promo on the promo page will have a periodic date or expiry date. Promo is only valid within the expiry date specified by Blublub

I can’t use a promo code

If the promo code you have cannot be used, make sure that the valid or expiry date of your promo code is correct and still valid. If the validity date is correct and the code is still not usable, please contact Blublub customer support.

How to use promo codes for transactions at Blublub

Click the promo page, copy the promo code that is in use;, click cart, enter the promo code in the promo column listed on the cart summary page.

Tips for maintaining account security

To maintain the security of your account, make sure you follow the rules for the password set by Blublub and make sure that the password you use is difficult to guess. Blublub never asks for customer passwords and does not recommend customers to provide account passwords to anyone.

We understand the confidentiality of your Personal Data and we are committed not to sell, rent, display, or distribute your Personal Data without your consent unless otherwise specified in this Policy. We will only disclose your Personal Data to third parties with your consent.
